we had just came from a 3D movie and she was wondering if the swirl of colors were a reaction to the crazy glasses we had been sporting for an  hour and a half. she is so cute!

these are the fabrics we chose. some pieces are vintage, some are from japan, and some are scraps from  projects that my grandma already completed. we are planning on filling a new etsy store with beautiful things! Exciting!

i always wonder what he is thinking. this is his point of view. today he made his own eggs(which is a common occurrence), played, did a load of laundry, vacuumed his room, played with his dog, swept the dog house, then went to school. 

he is 5.

 all his tasks were his ideas and he had fun doing them.

he is amazing!

yesterday i was waiting to pick him up. it was a beautiful clear day but super cold. like 42 degrees cold. i was huddled with my friend, teeth chattering. then this lady started yellin about my uggs. how it's cold but what do you expect from February. i'll tell her what i expect from February...chocolate!
